Key Responsibilities
- Drive Client Value Creation: Understand client business priorities and leadership agendas to co-create transformation and innovation roadmaps that drive business success.
 - Build Long-Standing Relationships: Establish trust-based relationships with C-suite executives through in-depth understanding of client needs and industry trends.
 - Grow Business/Account: Drive sales, account mining, and revenue generation with P&L accountability, and responsibility for account financials and key commercial processes.
 - Delivery Ownership and Excellence: Help originate deals based on defined commercial pathways, drive innovative deal constructs, and solutioning to grow business.
 - Stay Ahead of Industry Trends: Leverage expertise in consumer goods, life sciences, or automotive industries to stay ahead of industry trends and identify new business opportunities.
 
Essential Qualifications
- Rich Industry Experience: 8+ years of experience in consumer goods, life sciences, or automotive industries with in-depth industry expertise.
 - Proven Sales Leadership: Demonstrated experience in sales leadership, account management, and client relations management at a C-suite level.
 - Consulting Experience: Experience working in a consulting firm, preferably with domestic consulting experience.
 - Education: Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Post Graduate Degree in Management (PGDM) from premier institutes.

- Digital Transformation Expertise: Experience in driving digital transformation initiatives and leveraging technology to drive business success.
 - C-Level Executive Experience: Experience working with C-level executives at client organizations.
 - Innovation and Solutioning: Proven ability to drive innovative deal constructs and solutioning to grow business.
