Job Summary

As an Inbound Call Center Agent, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers and potential customers, providing top-notch service, answering inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, utilizing your excellent communication skills, industry knowledge, and problem-solving abilities to drive customer satisfaction and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound customer calls, providing exceptional service, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Utilize knowledge of SROA products, services, and policies to assist customers and potential customers, ensuring a smooth rental/reservation process.
  • Demonstrate patience and professionalism when dealing with customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records and update customer information in our CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed sales and customer satisfaction targets, utilizing effective sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance industry knowledge, customer service skills, and sales performance.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma or GED.
  • 1-3 years of customer service experience in a Call Center environment or customer sales-oriented position, such as retail sales, restaurant, front desk, hotel, car rental, or other hospitality roles.
  • High-speed Internet and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
  • A typing speed of 30 WPM or more.
  • A professional phone manner and the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • The ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

While not mandatory, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Previous experience in the self-storage industry or a related field.
  • A proven track record of sales success and customer satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools.
