Job Overview
PSCU is hiring multiple Customer Service Representatives to support high-volume inbound calls from our credit unions and banking partners. As a Remote Inbound Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our members, providing exceptional customer service and support. Key Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound calls from credit union members and banking partners
 - Provide exceptional customer service and support, resolving member inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner

 - Maintain a strong member focus, deep-rooted in empathy, and communicate effectively with peers, leaders, and members
 - Exercise good judgment and independent decision-making skills, with outstanding listening, questioning, call control, and de-escalation techniques
 - Be proactive, with effective time management and organizational skills, and display dependability with a good attendance record
 - Possess strong technical troubleshooting skills and ability to multitask and navigate through multiple systems
 
Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
 - Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience or 1 year of call center experience
 - PC windows-based software experience required, with basic knowledge of Word and Excel
 - A secure home office environment that is free from background noise and distractions
 - Proven and reliable private internet connection that is not supplied by the use of cellular data (hot spot)
 
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment
 - Strong technical skills, with ability to navigate through multiple systems
 - Fluency in Spanish, with potential for language premium
