About the Role: Inbound Customer Service Representative - Work from Home - TEXAS

As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound calls from customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to a high volume of inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Address customer inquiries regarding their accounts, certification processes, renewal processes, and application questions.
  • Assist customers with navigating the customer portal and update account information as needed.
  • Utilize available systems to access customer accounts, review information, and provide accurate solutions to customer queries.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and concerns.
  • Maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency while ensuring quality customer service.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Must be a resident of Texas and provide valid proof of residency (e.g., Texas driver's license).
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in navigating various software applications.
  • Ability to type a minimum of 25 words per minute.
  • Self-motivated and disciplined with a strong work ethic.
  • Detail-oriented and able to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and technology.
  • Ability to work in a quiet, dedicated workspace with minimal distractions.

Technology Requirements:

To ensure success in this role, you'll need to meet the following technology requirements:

  • Own computer with Windows 10 or above operating system.
  • Intel Skylake i3 (2015) or AMD Zen Ryzen (2017) or better processor.
  • 8GB RAM or better.
  • Direct Ethernet connection.
  • Consistent 50/10 Mbps Internet connection.
  • Two monitors (a television screen can be used as a second monitor).
  • Ergonomic keyboard and mouse.
  • Webcam.
  • Headset with noise cancellation and a mute button.
