We're seeking an experienced and dynamic Inbound Operations Team Leader to join our team in Orem, UT, working overnight shifts to ensure our stores are stocked and ready for our guests.
About the Role
As an Inbound Operations Team Leader, you'll be responsible for leading a team of hourly team members to ensure the efficient receipt, stocking, and presentation of merchandise in our stores. You'll work closely with your Executive Team Leader (ETL) to plan and execute daily and weekly workloads, drive process improvements, and maintain a safe and compliant work environment. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional guest service.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and Develop Your Team: Model, train, and coach team members to deliver the service standard and achieve sales goals. Evaluate candidates for open positions and develop a guest-centric team.
 - Drive Operational Excellence: Plan and execute daily and weekly workloads to ensure areas are guest-ready at store open. Utilize workload planning tools to complete scheduled tasks and identify gaps in processes.
 - Ensure Accuracy and Efficiency: Lead and coach team members to ensure accuracy and efficiency in all inbound processes. Identify and correct hazards, and hold team members accountable for working safely.
 - Provide Exceptional Guest Service: Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest experience. Respond to guest issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
 - Support Business Objectives: Understand sales goals and plan department(s) daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver sales goals.
 - Maintain a Safe and Compliant Work Environment: Demonstrate a commitment to safety and compliance, and lead team members to work in the same way. Follow all safe and secure training and processes.
 
What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high school degree or equivalent
 - Age 18 or older
 - Previous retail experience (preferred but not required)
 - The ability to lead and hold others accountable, learn and adapt to current technology needs, and work independently and as part of a team
 - Effective communication skills and a welcoming and helpful attitude
 - The capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes
