The Role: Influencer Marketing Manager

We're on the hunt for a seasoned Influencer Marketing Manager to join our Customer Acquisition team. This role is pivotal in driving new subscriber growth for Disney Streaming Services through the planning, execution, and optimization of influencer marketing campaigns. If you're a marketing maven with a flair for the digital landscape and a knack for leveraging influencer partnerships, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Implement Influencer Strategies: Craft and execute strategies that drive subscriber acquisition, conversion, and efficiency via influencer campaigns.
  • Campaign Execution and Optimization: Manage and optimize influencer campaigns to meet or exceed direct response goals, ensuring maximum ROI.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Paid Media marketing teams, brand, legal, and other teams to create cohesive marketing strategies and ensure campaign approval and risk mitigation.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track, monitor, and optimize campaign performance against key KPIs, using data to inform future campaign strategies.
  • Influencer Relations: Develop and manage end-to-end influencer campaigns, including talent curation, contract development, and reporting on results.
  • Innovation and Advocacy: Advocate for new ways to expand our influencer marketing initiatives and partner with other teams to maximize the value of our creative assets.
  • Direct Relationships: Own direct relationships with top influencers and agencies, fostering strong partnerships that drive campaign success.
  • Test and Learn: Develop and execute robust test and learn plans based on data and analytical insights to continually improve campaign performance.

Essential Qualifications

  • 3+ Years of Influencer Marketing Experience: A background in digital marketing with a focus on influencer marketing, demonstrating a deep understanding of the influencer landscape.
  • Performance Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with performance marketing principles and direct response KPIs, with the ability to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
  • Strategic Planning Skills: Proven ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate high-impact campaigns and initiatives, with a track record of driving projects from conception to implementation.
  • Client Management Skills: Strong partnership skills, with the ability to manage client relationships effectively and foster strong collaborations with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and support new products and businesses.
  • Strong Communication Skills: A can-do attitude, a sense of humor, and a strong desire to get things done, with excellent communication skills that facilitate collaboration and drive results.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Paid Social Advertising Experience: Experience with Paid Social advertising platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Snapchat.
  • Global Brand Experience: Experience working with global brands or managing influencers outside of the US, in addition to US-based influencers.
  • Tech Savvy: A tech-savvy individual with a keen understanding of the digital marketing landscape and the ability to leverage technology to drive campaign success.
