As a Remote Inside Sales Coordinator Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in driving sales performance, coaching a team of customer service specialists, and ensuring the delivery of outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a role model and coach to motivate customer service specialists to achieve or exceed sales targets, focusing on quality, performance, and delivering a differentiated customer experience.
  • Supervise the daily activities of the team by reviewing and analyzing calls/reports, assessing areas of opportunity, managing work assignments, and ensuring Consultants provide a positive customer experience.
  • Utilize Department Performance Management procedures to analyze individual and team performance, administering coaching support to address and improve sales behaviors and performance.
  • Meet regularly with Consultants and Sales Leadership to review sales activity, CRM data, customer retention, and sales performance compared to goals.
  • Engage employees in developing creative ideas to impact company goals, using talent development strategies to exceed company metrics.
  • Monitor CRM data for team performance, including opportunities, leads, activities, and cases to ensure effective CRM tool usage.
  • Develop team members by regularly following up on documented IDP progress to ensure alignment with career goals.
  • Conduct one-on-one coaching, role-plays, team meetings, and huddles in a virtual environment to drive continuous department improvement.
  • Foster a diverse and inclusive environment, nurturing and supporting employee engagement.
  • Proactively identify compliance and quality improvements, initiating corrective actions as necessary.
  • Role model the company's customer service core value, Customer Zeal.
  • Establish a team culture that passionately serves internal and external customers by exceeding service culture expectations.
  • Collaborate with Republic Services leadership and peers on projects related to systems, processes, or inter-department initiatives.
  • Perform staffing-related activities, including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, goal setting, monitoring, measuring, and coaching performance.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of the company's products and services to help grow targeted revenue and contribute to company goals.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or higher volume sales environment.
  • Experience responding to inbound customer inquiries, upselling, and closing new business opportunities.
  • High School Diploma required.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work with team members and all levels within the organization.
  • Sound analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to provide leadership, development, and direction to a sales team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Waste or service industry experience.
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools and sales performance management.
