Job Description: Inside Sales Treatment Specialist - Remote

As a Treatment Specialist with our team, you'll be the linchpin in our sales process, leveraging your exceptional communication skills, business acumen, and passion for delivering outstanding patient care to drive success. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Initiating the sales process through lead outreach, conducting thorough consultations, and explaining our treatments and skincare line to prospective patients.
  • Building rapport with patients, effectively communicating product and service capabilities, and addressing any concerns or objections to ensure a seamless sales experience.
  • Identifying opportunities for additional services based on patient goals and preferences, tailoring your approach to meet their unique needs.
  • Facilitating financing contracts with lenders such as Care Credit and Loan Hero, ensuring that patients have access to the treatments they need.
  • Meeting daily outbound call targets, with one weekend shift required per week, demonstrating your commitment to achieving sales excellence.

  • 3-4 years of sales experience, with a focus on business development and cold calling, showcasing your ability to drive revenue growth and navigate complex sales environments.
