Job Summary
As an Insights Strategist at Indeed, you'll be the voice of our customers, using data and insights to drive revenue growth and optimize sales strategies. You'll work closely with account managers to understand customer pain points, develop targeted sales narratives, and identify opportunities for growth. Key Responsibilities
- Subject Matter Expertise: Become the go-to expert on aligned sales verticals, staying up-to-date on industry trends and customer needs.
 - Data-Driven Insights: Analyze customer performance data to identify opportunities for growth, and present findings in a clear and actionable way to sales teams.
 - Sales Strategy Optimization: Collaborate with account managers to develop customized sales presentations and strategies that drive revenue potential.
 - Customer-Centricity: Work closely with account managers to understand customer pain points, and develop targeted sales narratives that address their needs.
 - Actionable Recommendations: Provide actionable insights and recommendations on campaign and product investments to support sales growth.
 
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree: A degree in Computer Science, Economics, Technical Engineering, or a related field is required.
 - Experience: 3+ years of direct experience in Tech/SaaS sales, research & insights, account management, business analytics, solutions architecture, or consulting is required.
 - Data Analytics: 1 year of experience in data analytics is required.
 - Advanced Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to prepare and present complex data insights to sales teams.
 - Microsoft Office: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
 
Preferred Qualifications
- Data Visualization: 1 year of experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau is preferred.
 - SQL: Working knowledge of SQL is an asset.
 - Experience in a Fast-Paced Environment: Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is a plus.

Salary Range Transparency
The salary range for this position varies by location. The ranges are as follows:
- US Remote: $65,000 - $95,000 per year.
 - Austin, TX: $65,000 - $95,000 per year.
 - NYC Metro: $70,000 - $100,000 per year.
 - Scottsdale, AZ: $56,000 - $85,000 per year.
 - San Francisco Bay Area: $80,000 - $102,000 per year.
