Job Summary

As our Integrated Marketing Campaign Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and deploying multi-channel marketing campaigns that attract prospects, drive repeat business, and engage existing customers. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to create cohesive campaign strategies, leveraging internal data and resources to inform your decisions. Key Responsibilities

  • Create integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including Email, Social, Display, Programmatic, and more, to drive business growth and customer engagement.
  • Lead campaign strategy conversations with stakeholders, utilizing available internal data and resources to inform campaign decisions.
  • Develop innovative campaign ideas, nurture sequences, and generate content that resonates with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and addresses the challenges faced by our buyer and user personas.
  • Supervise and assist with the ideation, execution, monitoring, and measurement of marketing campaigns, ensuring successful outcomes.
  • Coordinate the efforts of contributing teams, including content, demand gen, creative, customer marketing, and marketing operations, to deliver trackable projects.
  • Own the customer and prospect campaigns calendar, ensuring organizational visibility into campaign execution and timelines.
  • Serve as the "traffic cop" to prevent campaign conflicts and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Ensure campaign implementation follows organizational guidelines and standards.
  • Own pacing and delivery of campaigns (direct and programmatic) as assigned by the Director.
  • Organize production resources to work within SLAs, prioritizing projects based on campaign needs.
  • Provide quality assurance on marketing campaign assets, reviewing and editing content as needed.
  • Compile regular reports on campaign performance and results, using data to inform future campaign improvements.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Communication, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of related job experience, with a strong background in marketing campaign management.
  • Strong problem-solving and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Hands-on experience trafficking and managing campaigns through ad platforms, including Google Ad Manager (GAM), LinkedIn Ads, Programmatic, Google Analytics, and Salesforce. Experience with Marketo is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of running B2B campaigns and staying up-to-date with current marketing trends.
  • A "big picture" thinker with the marketing savvy to ensure campaign excellence.
