About the Role

As an Enterprise Field Sales Representative, you'll be an integral part of our Google Cloud team, working with top companies, schools, and government agencies to help them work smarter with Google tools like Google Workspace, Search, and Chrome. You'll be responsible for managing our organization's accounts, leveraging existing relationships with C-stage executives, building new relationships, and acting as a trusted advisor to understand our customers' challenges and goals. Your mission will be to drive business growth, forecast accurately, and achieve strategic objectives by leading customers through the entire sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and develop executive relationships with enterprise clients as a trusted advisor, influencing long-term strategic direction.
  • Discuss and manage complex sales cycles, presenting to C-stage executives at the company and global clients.
  • Lead account strategy in generating and growing business opportunities, working collaboratively with Customer Engineers and Google Partners to create new opportunities.
  • Understand each customer's technology footprint, strategic growth plans, business drivers, technology strategy, and competitive landscape.
  • Drive business development, forecast accurately, and achieve strategic objectives by leading customers through the entire sales cycle.

Minimum Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in the enterprise software sales industry, promoting organization software.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following preferred qualifications will give you a competitive edge:

  • 10 years of sales and business development experience at a cloud company.
  • Experience with Greenfield territories, landing new logos, breaking into new accounts with initial projects, and selling to companies in the insurance vertical.
  • Experience managing partners in implementation projects, including global system integrators and packaged software vendors.
  • Experience selling infrastructure software programs, databases, analytical tools, applications software programs, or Google Cloud solutions.
  • Ability to work with sales engineers and clients' technical leads to assess existing software estate, outline migration plans, and build business cases for migrations.
  • Success with commercial and legal agreements working with procurement, legal, and business teams.

Compensation and Benefits

The US base salary range for this full-time role is $106,000-$163,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our compensation packages are designed to be competitive and rewarding, and we offer a range of benefits to support our employees' overall well-being.
