About the Role

As an Administrative Assistant with our transactional law practice, you will play a vital role in supporting our senior attorney with a wide range of administrative tasks. Your excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, will be essential in responding to client inquiries, communicating with government offices, and coordinating with other professionals. Key Responsibilities

  • Organizing and managing files, including creating new files and ensuring all documents are up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Communicating with clients, government offices, and other professionals via email, phone, or mail, providing timely and professional responses to their inquiries.
  • Setting up client appointments through email or phone, ensuring all necessary information is collected and communicated to the relevant parties.
  • Collecting information from clients, which may involve preparing and sending out requests, following up on pending matters, and ensuring all data is accurately recorded.
  • Providing administrative support to the senior attorney in business, property, and inheritance law matters, including preparing documents, filing certain documents with county or state government offices/courts, and performing other tasks as required.

Requirements and Qualifications
