Job Overview
As an Aetna Account Manager, you will serve as a consultative partner to our clients, providing expert guidance and support to help them navigate the complexities of pharmaceutical benefit plans. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders to drive business growth and retention

Key Responsibilities

 - Collaborating with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and operations teams, to develop and implement targeted solutions that meet client needs
 - Analyzing client data, identifying trends and insights, and developing recommendations to drive business growth and improvement
 - Providing training and support to clients on pharmaceutical benefit plans, including plan design, implementation, and management
 
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, healthcare, or pharmacy
 - At least 3 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry
 - Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
 - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
 - Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
 - Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions
 
Preferred Qualifications
