Job Overview

As an Amazon Brand Manager at Revstep, you will play a pivotal role in collaborating with clients to set ambitious sales targets, identify key growth levers, and execute strategies that achieve these goals. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving brand performance on Amazon, combining strategic planning, client communication, creative thinking, and operational organization. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales, marketing, and advertising strategies for client brands on Amazon, leveraging your expertise in Amazon Seller or Vendor Central, SEO/SEM, and Amazon's advertising platform (PPC).
  • Collaborate with clients to set ambitious sales targets, identify growth levers, and execute strategies that achieve these goals, ensuring seamless communication and strong client relationships.
  • Analyze complex metrics and data-driven insights to inform decision-making, presenting findings and strategic plans to clients via virtual calls and other communication channels.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed as an Amazon Brand Manager at Revstep, you will need:

  • Amazon Expertise: At least 2+ years of proven success with Amazon Seller or Vendor Central, including hands-on experience in driving sales and improving account performance.
  • Strategic Communication: Skilled in articulating strategic plans to clients via virtual calls, with the ability to present data-driven insights effectively and build strong client relationships.
  • Digital Marketing Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of SEO/SEM as they relate to Amazon account management, plus experience with Amazon's advertising platform (PPC).
  • Analytical & Data-Driven: Proficient in Excel and other data analysis tools, capable of interpreting complex metrics to inform decision-making and drive business growth.
  • Client & Relationship Management: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build strong client relationships and deliver marketing and sales strategies based on competitive analysis.
