About the Role: Principal, Product Marketing

We're seeking an experienced Principal Product Marketing Leader to join our team. As a customer-obsessed product marketing expert, you will be responsible for leading product-specific go-to-market strategies, developing product messaging and positioning, and driving product adoption and engagement. You will be the voice of our customer, deeply understanding their needs and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute inbound roadmaps. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead product-specific go-to-market strategies, including product messaging and positioning, pricing and packaging, and influencing cross-functional teams to drive consistency in GTM
  • Develop a deep understanding of our customers, including their needs, pain points, and motivations, and collaborate with user research, analytics, and product teams to develop and execute inbound roadmaps
  • Support the development and implementation of audience segmentation strategies relevant to the FinTech ecosystem
  • Own competitive intelligence, identifying and analyzing competitive card offerings and delivering relevant updates to product and marketing teams
  • Iterate with data, synthesizing inputs from product, growth, marketing, user research, and the wider industry to inform product and GTM strategy
  • Communicate and influence cross-functional teams, including product squads and marketing teams, on product developments, roadmaps, testing, messaging, positioning, and more
  • Drive product growth, supporting product feature campaigns for existing product updates and working closely with CRM and performance marketing teams to deliver successfully
  • Produce content, including product-based content, tutorials, demonstrations, videos, and case studies, in partnership with our creative studio, product, and engineering teams

Essential Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of relevant experience in product marketing, with a proven track record of executing in high-growth and fast-paced environments
  • Experience in the US market is required, with a deep understanding of the FinTech ecosystem and competitive landscape
  • Customer-obsessed mindset, with a passion for understanding customer needs and developing strategies to meet those needs
  • Creativity, with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative solutions to complex problems
  • Technical knowledge of financial products, or the ability to learn quickly and develop a deep understanding of our products and services
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and work with key stakeholders across all levels of the organization

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience building highly impactful and commercially viable new products, with a track record of driving cross-functional alignment between marketing, product, and engineering teams
  • Superb project management and presentation skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and communicate complex ideas simply and effectively
  • Proficiency in using data and insights to inform product and GTM strategy, with experience working with data analytics tools and techniques
  • Experience in B2C product marketing, with a deep understanding of the consumer market and the ability to develop strategies that drive customer engagement and adoption
