Essential Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
 - 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the airline industry
 - Proven leadership and management experience, with a strong track record of driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction
 - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
 - Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
 - Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound business judgments
 - Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
 
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
While not essential, the following qualifications and skills are preferred:
- Past experience in airport customer service or a related field
 - Knowledge of organization policies and procedures, as well as functional automation applications
 - Ability to learn and apply association contract rules and regulations in everyday interactions with frontline colleagues and local union leaders
 - USPS clearance or the ability to obtain USPS clearance (USPS has a five-year US residency requirement)
