Essential Qualifications

  • Strong problem-solving, and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically, and outside the box

  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, and ability to learn new systems, and technologies quickly

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with a proven track record of success
  • Knowledge of American Airlines products, and services, including our loyalty program, and travel policies
  • Fluency in multiple languages, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds
  • Experience working with customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and other software applications
  • Certification in customer service, or a related field, such as the Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) designation
