Job Summary

As an Analog Mixed-signal RF Validation Engineer at Workwarp, you will play a critical role in the validation and lab characterization of various analog and mixed-signal devices. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to evaluate specific device behavior, identify areas for improvement, and make recommendations for design enhancements. Your expertise and experience will be invaluable in driving the success of our products and helping us to maintain our position as a leader in the semiconductor industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform validation and lab characterization of various analog and mixed-signal devices, including SERDES, RX/TX, PLLs, ADC, DAC, DDR, and various I/O Interfaces
  • Develop and execute benchtop tests to exercise on-chip circuitry and analog interfaces
  • Specify validation requirements and execute according to plan
  • Automate tests, extract results, and generate reports using database and analytical tools
  • Generate reports for characterization and/or debugging to provide design feedback
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Design, System, HW, SW, and customers
  • Support ATE and Product Engineering efforts to bring devices to Product level

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 10+ years of experience in Analog Mixed-signal RF Validation
  • BSEE or MSEE degree with 10+ years of applicable experience
  • Strong knowledge of analog and mixed-signal devices, including SERDES, RX/TX, PLLs, ADC, DAC, DDR, and various I/O Interfaces
  • Excellent understanding of benchtop testing, debugging, and characterization of embedded on-chip circuitry
  • Proficiency in automation tools, database management, and analytical software
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Experience with ATE and Product Engineering
  • Knowledge of design and development of analog and mixed-signal devices
  • Familiarity with industry-standard tools and software
