Job Summary
As an Analytics Program Manager, External Fulfillment - Latin America, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth growth of our External Fulfillment programs in Latin America. You will work closely with internal teams, such as Operations, Transportation, Sales, and Seller Support, as well as external partners to drive program objectives, improve seller and customer experience, and analyze performance metrics. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of Amazon's e-commerce business in Latin America.
Key Responsibilities
- Cross-Functional Integration: Deliver results through extensive collaboration with multiple Amazon internal teams, including Operations, Transportation, Sales, and Seller Support.
 - Program Requirements: Coordinate with internal teams to address program requirements and identify opportunities for seller and customer experience improvements.
 - Process Development: Create, update, and track processes to support the program's growth and ensure seamless execution.
 - Forecasting and Metrics: Run and develop shipped unit forecast models for External Fulfillment programs and create weekly metrics and dashboards to track performance in W/M/QBRs.
 - Issue Resolution: Deep dive into issues, identify root causes, and propose solutions and processes to fix them.
 - Stakeholder Management: Partner with key stakeholders, such as Operations, Transportation, and Sales, to solve issues and ramp up the program.
 - Commitment to Goals: Demonstrate strong commitment towards goals and outcomes to ensure Customer Experience metrics are maintained.
 - Communication: Be organized, apt, and prompt in notifying situations and updating stakeholders.
 
Requirements and Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- Program Management Experience: 2+ years of program or project management experience.
 - SQL Knowledge: Knowledge of SQL and ability to analyze data.
 
Preferred Qualifications
- Lean Principles: Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology.
 - Requirement Gathering: Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement documents.
 - Language Skills: Fluency in Spanish (speaking, writing, and reading).
