Key Responsibilities:

  • Restaurant Operations: Assist the General Manager in ensuring that every shift operates smoothly, and that our restaurants are always clean, safe, and welcoming for customers.
  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance, training, and coaching to team members to help them achieve their full potential and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Sales and Profit Growth: Assist with local store marketing initiatives to drive sales and profit growth, and help achieve business objectives.
  • Performance and Training: Help team members through performance and training initiatives, and provide feedback and coaching to ensure they're meeting expectations.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that every customer has an exceptional experience, and that we're consistently delivering on our brand promise.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Experience: At least 6 months of restaurant or retail management experience.
  • Customer Service: Impressive examples of providing exceptional customer service.
  • Eligibility: Eligible to work in the U.S.
  • Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Competencies: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and make sound decisions.
