Job Summary

As Associate Director, Marketing Communications, you'll lead a team of skilled marketing communications professionals in developing and executing targeted marketing campaigns aimed at growing our post-paid mobile base. You'll work closely with internal and external teams to establish acquisition strategies, develop creative briefs, and optimize campaign performance. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of highly motivated, skilled, and professional individuals
• Develop end-to-end promotional campaigns, including ideation, communications strategies, execution strategy, customer journey mapping, and campaign analysis
• Interface with internal teams to establish acquisition strategies, targeting, and tactical marketing plans
• Develop effective creative briefs that guide agencies in creating award-winning and effective creative
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize programs to drive higher growth
• Package strategies and results into professional presentations for communication to peers, superiors, and executive levels of the organization
• Manage critical advertising agencies and list vendors, including briefing, budget, timelines, and execution
• Partner with internal and external teams to drive effective strategies, manage timelines, and budgets
• Develop test strategies and measure and monitor performance, making strategic recommendations to improve creative and program performance

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

• Eight or more years of relevant experience, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training
• Experience leading a team of skilled professionals
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously through multitasking, prioritization, and negotiating expectations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a range of marketing tactics, including email, text, push direct mail, digital, social, bill media, traditional and digital mediums
• Experience managing or working at an advertising agency
• Excellent storytelling and presentations skills
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
