About the Role
In this exciting opportunity, you will be responsible for supporting client achievement and resolving complex requests or issues from clients regarding financial products and services through various channels, including phone, email, chat, video conferencing, and other lines of communication. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide a top-tier client experience while adhering to work rules, policies, and guidelines.
- Perform routine tasks, such as answering requests, settling issues, and escalating complex problems to senior staff.
- Conduct analysis to determine fairly complex client issues, including consulting with different departments for issue resolution.
- Collaborate with experienced agents on difficult issues and provide guidance to junior staff members.
- Take responsibility for training new recruits and less experienced staff.
- Answer requests and issues from clients in a timely and professional manner.
Training and Schedule
To ensure your success in this role, you will receive comprehensive classroom training, advanced on-the-job training, and coaching to learn about Wells Fargo's banking products, procedures, and services. The training course begins on March 11, 2024, and will run for 7 weeks. You are expected to attend the full term of this paid training, which will take place from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday.
As a Customer Success Representative, your normal work schedule will be based on business needs and will include working at least one weekend day and some evenings. You may be eligible for a shift differential of 15% under the specifics of the shift differential policy.
Required Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- 6+ years of experience in assessing and addressing the needs of clients or resolving client issues, or equivalent experience demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
- Bilingual speaking capability in Spanish/English.
- A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
Preferred Qualifications
While not mandatory, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- Call center experience.
- Financial services experience.
- Ability to provide strong client care while listening, eliciting information effectively, understanding, and resolving complex client issues.
- Capacity to collaborate with integrity and a high degree of professionalism with all levels of clients, colleagues, and management.
- Basic Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and use search tools to find information.
