Key Responsibilities: Delivering Exceptional Customer Experiences

As a Customer Service Representative at Stafford Communications, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing assistance, resolving issues, and ensuring that our customers have a positive experience with our products. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to incoming phone calls, texts, chats, and written communications in a timely and professional manner
  • Troubleshooting issues related to our consumer products and providing solutions or escalating concerns as needed
  • Analyzing consumer concerns, identifying root causes, and recommending appropriate actions to resolve issues
  • Providing information, support, and guidance to consumers, ensuring that they have a positive experience with our products
  • Handling quality complaints, adverse events, and claims according to our Standard Operating Procedures, while maintaining superior customer service etiquette
  • Documenting all telephone calls and interactions in our CRM system, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Prioritizing and handling multiple responsibilities, managing competing demands and deadlines
  • Demonstrating active listening skills, asking clarifying questions, and adjusting your communication style as needed
  • Maintaining a positive and respectful attitude, even in challenging situations, and contributing to a harmonious work environment

Requirements: The Skills and Qualities We're Looking For

To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at Stafford Communications, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree (preferred), or relevant experience in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including active listening and reflection, to gather information, solve problems, and diffuse difficult situations
  • The ability to maintain professional behavior in stressful situations, remaining calm and composed under pressure
  • The ability to navigate multiple computer screens, including our CRM software, ACD system, email, and web browser, while actively listening and entering customer information
  • A high level of sensitivity, empathy, and patience when interacting with customers, ensuring that they feel heard and understood
