 - Technical Proficiency: Proficient with Windows operating systems and capable of typing at least 25 words per minute.
 - Educational Background: Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED.
 - Age and Attendance: At least 18 years of age with predictable and reliable attendance.

- Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service, particularly in tax, healthcare, or automotive industries, is highly valued.
