Your Impact as a Customer Experience Specialist
As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be the face of Teleperformance, interacting with customers from diverse backgrounds and providing personalized support via phone, email, or instant message. Your role is critical in resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive experience that fosters loyalty and trust.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support via telephone and/or Internet (e.g., instant message, email) to resolve customer inquiries and issues.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve simple and basic support issues, such as address changes, processing orders, warranty, or billing/payment.
- Escalate product or service-related issues to the appropriate Product Support Specialist.
- Troubleshoot customer problems, identify the root cause, and use tools and resources to determine the best resolution.
- Track and document inbound support requests, ensuring accurate notation of customer problems or issues.
- Update customer information and ensure accurate entry of contact information.
- Meet job standards, including quality standards, adherence to schedule, and average handle time.
- Provide guidance and/or mentoring to less experienced associates.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills
To succeed as a Customer Experience Specialist at Teleperformance, you should possess:
Essential Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 18 years of age or older.
- Excellent customer service skills that build high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Typing speed of 25 WPM.
- Proficiency in PC operation and navigation.

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
