About the Role

As a Help Professional at Swire Coca-Cola, you'll be working directly with our clients to ensure that our Coca-Cola products are served at the perfect temperature. This role combines customer care and technical expertise, requiring you to troubleshoot and repair soda fountain machines, as well as provide top-notch customer support. You'll be responsible for covering repair requests in the Fife Region, working as a collaborative team member to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform mechanical services and light remanufacturing on soda fountain equipment according to company standards, ensuring that all equipment is in good working condition.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with soda fountain equipment, identifying problems and implementing effective solutions.
  • Maintain all refrigeration equipment in proper working condition, performing routine maintenance tasks and addressing any issues that arise.
  • Relocate equipment to perform mechanical services, including preventative maintenance, programming, and corrective actions.
  • Provide exceptional customer support, remaining positive and composed under pressure, and working collaboratively as a team member to deliver outstanding results.

Essential Qualifications and Requirements

To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following essential qualifications and requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent certification in a relevant field.
  • A valid driver's license, enabling you to travel to customer locations as required.
  • A technical aptitude for repairing machines, with a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
  • The ability to lift 50 pounds, demonstrating physical stamina and strength.
  • Flexibility to work on Saturdays or Sundays, as well as holidays, as needed.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

While not essential, the following preferred qualifications and skills will be considered advantageous:

  • Previous experience in a customer support or technical role, preferably in the beverage or food service industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.

  • Technical skills, including knowledge of soda fountain equipment and refrigeration systems.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues.
