Key Responsibilities

In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, and faxes from participants, their families, nursing homes, housing providers, hospitals, and billing offices. Your excellent problem-solving skills and professional demeanor will enable you to research payment issues, identify solutions, and respond to customers in an efficient and patient-centric manner. Additional administrative tasks will include entering new enrollees, updating participant demographics, and performing data entry tasks.

Essential Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following preferred qualifications will make you a stronger candidate:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Customer Service, Business, Accounting, or a related field
  • Experience with computerized spreadsheet applications, managed care payment systems, Epic, QuickBooks Pro software, or other business accounting software
  • Proficiency in MS Office products
