Job Overview

In this remote part-time Data Entry Clerk role, you will play a vital part in driving the development and evaluation of specialty networks that aim to create a higher quality and lower cost healthcare delivery system. Your primary responsibility will be to assess and partner with OptumCare Care Delivery Organizations (CDOs) to develop high-value specialty networks for their members/patients. This will involve assessing the existing specialty network needs of a CDO and evaluating market opportunities to optimize the network's performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess the existing specialty network needs of OptumCare Care Delivery Organizations (CDOs) and evaluate market opportunities to optimize network performance.
  • Develop analytic insights, support data models, and deliver specialty network recommendations.
  • Conduct market discovery interviews, align on approach/key considerations, perform opportunity/gap analysis, and provide final recommendations.
  • Focus on key analytic assessment areas including Specialty Network Adequacy and Accessibility Assessments, Specialty Supply / Demand Opportunity Assessments, Provider Cost Efficiency and Quality Evaluations, Care Delivery Organization Specialty Referral Optimizations, Employ vs. Partner Opportunity Assessments, Employed Specialist Financial Review Assessments, and Specialty Group Acquisition Synergy Assessments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of specialty network strategies.

Essential Qualifications

  • Proven experience in data entry, preferably in the healthcare industry.
