Job Overview
As a Customer Support Representative, you will work from the comfort of your own home, providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat channels. You will assist customers with flight bookings, reservations, and general inquiries, address and resolve customer concerns and complaints with professionalism and empathy, and offer guidance and support to customers regarding travel policies, procedures, and promotions.

 - Offer guidance and support to customers regarding travel policies, procedures, and promotions, ensuring customers have a seamless and memorable travel experience.
 - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and customer service, to ensure customer needs are met efficiently.
 - Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
 - Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills, ensuring expertise in customer service and airline operations.
 
Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with excellent grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
