Job Summary

As a remote Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for performing various tasks, including online data entry work, product and service reviews, surveys, and other online jobs. You will work independently, using your own computer and internet connection, and will be required to have excellent computer literacy and intermediate functioning skill levels. Our ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and has outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform online data entry work, including entering information into our database and completing surveys
• Provide email customer service support to clients through our online ticket response system
• Use best-answer templates to communicate with clients and provide excellent customer service
• Work independently from home, using your own computer and internet connection
• Meet productivity and quality standards, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Participate in online training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements:

Essential Qualifications:

• Computer literacy, with intermediate functioning skill levels (minimum)
• Diligent work values, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Self-motivated and able to work independently from home
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate with all levels of internal and external clients
• Strong interest in learning and developing skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications:

What We Offer:

Compensation:

• Earn $2.50 - $75.00 per online survey
• Hourly pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
