Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing solutions to our customers. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Engaging with Customers: Respond to customer inquiries, provide solutions, and address concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
Essential Qualifications
- 2+ Years of Customer Service Experience: Demonstrated experience in customer service, preferably in a pet care or retail environment.
 - Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
 - Multi-Tasking and Time Management: Ability to multi-task, maintain a conversation on the phone while navigating on the computer and taking notes, and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
 - Computer Proficiency: Proficiency in using computers, both for data entry, as well as for rapid navigation through systems and the internet to search for information to help support our customers.
 - Adaptability and Flexibility: Ability to adapt to change with the business needs of the company, and flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed by the business unit.
 - Confidentiality and Security: Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and secure sensitive information.
 - Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
 - Background Check: Must be able to pass a background check.
 
Preferred Qualifications
- Pet Care Experience: Experience working in a pet care or retail environment.
 - Customer Service Certification: Certification in customer service, such as ICSS or ICMI.
