We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Consultant to join our team in Montana, USA. As a key member of our Global Equity and Inventory Plan Management team, you'll be responsible for performing daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits to ensure operational compliance of fairness-based long-term incentive plans and inventory buy plans. You'll also process the release of Performance Share Unit (PSU), Restricted Stock Unit (RSU), and inventory buy plan Matching proportion awards, review fairness transaction activity, and support fairness-based long-term incentive award distribution and inventory buy plan enrollment activities.Key Responsibilities
As a Consultant, Global Equity, you'll be responsible for:- Performing daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits to ensure operational compliance of fairness-based long-term incentive plans and inventory buy plans.
- Processing the release of Performance Share Unit (PSU), Restricted Stock Unit (RSU), and inventory buy plan Matching proportion awards.
- Reviewing fairness transaction activity, including transactions associated with stock option exercises, RSU and PSU releases, and inventory buy plan activities, to ensure correct and timely buy, release, settlement, and reporting.
- Researching, tracking, and responding to questions obtained from participants, process partners, or other stakeholders.
- Supporting fairness-based long-term incentive award distribution and inventory buy plan enrollment activities.
- Producing ad-hoc data analytics or reporting in support of ongoing operations.
- Reviewing and maintaining fairness management methods and documentation.
- Performing other fairness plan management tasks as requested.
Qualifications & Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in inventory plan management, payroll, tax, accounting, or a related field preferred.
- Experience working with multiple inventory plan products, including stock options, Performance Share Units, Restricted Stock Units, and inventory buy plans, is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, systems, and methods quickly.
- Understanding of HRIS systems (Workday in particular), methods, and interrelationships of data transfers.
- Ability to investigate and convert findings into precise actionable recommendations.
