Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Part-Time Customer Service Support Specialist to join our team in Fayetteville, Arkansas. As a key member of our retail environment and administrative support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling administrative tasks, and supporting our regional office team. Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Customer Service Support Specialist, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities:
  • Providing administrative support, including handling incoming faxes, reporting, maintaining database, member correspondences, maintaining inventory supplies and marketing material, and orderly upkeep of retail store, supply closet, and hospitality area.
  • Assisting customers with basic inquiries and needs, such as processing payments, taking messages, and directing calls.
  • Logging service inquiries, documenting information relevant to the contact, and scheduling sales and service appointments for retail team members.
  • Conducting initial research of service inquiries and forwarding for appropriate handling.
  • Making deliveries to postal services.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

Education and Experience

* High school diploma or equivalent required. * Minimum one (1) year customer service experience dealing with customers via telephone and in-person. * Experience performing supportive functions in a customer-oriented environment.

Essential Skills and Abilities

* Proficient in general computer operations with knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. * Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively. * Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering outstanding service to internal and external customers. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups. * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a retail environment or customer-facing role. * Knowledge of health insurance or related industry. * Certification in customer service or a related field.
