**Key Responsibilities**
* Make outbound and receive inbound calls to communicate with customers, answer questions, and resolve issues

* Use basic business math to solve problems and make informed decisions
* Speak clearly, concisely, and effectively, listening to and understanding information and ideas as presented verbally

* Follow written and/or verbal instructions, adhering to laws, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
* Process card payments accurately and efficiently
* Perform the initial approval of potential borrowers by thoroughly examining their applications through multiple software systems
* Review applicants to evaluate their eligibility for loan, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
* Follow up with customers to clarify important points, ensuring a smooth loan process
* Finalize loan details and keep customers informed of rules and obligations
* Remain up to speed regarding lending and other financial services, staying current on industry developments and best practices
* Create and renew records, maintaining accurate and organized files
* Identify customer needs, exploring all options available to customers, and providing personalized solutions
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, adapting quickly to changing company needs
* Ability to multi-task by speaking with customers and typing notes simultaneously, ensuring seamless communication
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* Minimum 1-2 years of customer service experience in a financial institution or related field

**Working Conditions and Physical Demands**
* Must be able to sit for long periods of time, talking and listening constantly
* Sitting for extended periods of time
* Shift: 11:00 pm to 7:00 am (remote work after initial 1-week training period)
* Fully remote work arrangement after initial 1-week training period (training will be 8am-5pm M-F during 1st week)
