As a remote employee, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home while still being part of a dynamic and supportive team. **Job Summary** As a B2B Customer Service Support Representative, you will be responsible for interacting with business customers via phone and email to assist with their wireless products and services. You will act as a liaison between customers, business representatives, and Verizon support paths to resolve credit, customer service, and billing concerns.
