The Impact You'll Make

As a Bilingual Outbound Call Center Representative, you will be the frontline representative of Signify Health, connecting with members of various health plans to offer, explain, and schedule free in-home or virtual healthcare evaluations. Your role is crucial in enhancing the healthcare experience for individuals who need it most. You'll work closely with our Member Engagement Managers to achieve departmental goals, ensuring high-quality customer service and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make an average of 50 outbound calls per hour using an automatic dialer system to offer healthcare evaluations and schedule appointments.
  • Follow approved scripts to ensure clarity and professionalism, responding persuasively to member concerns.
  • Present a positive, professional, and energetic demeanor to clients, health plan members, and team members.
  • Meet daily productivity and quality targets, including making 300-400 outbound dials and setting 24 appointments per day.
  • Adjust, reschedule, and cancel appointments as needed, ensuring seamless coordination between members and healthcare providers.
  • Monitor performance results using designated reporting systems to optimize productivity and quality.
  • Immediately report member complaints and escalations to Member Engagement Managers.
  • Participate in peer coaching and adhere to HIPAA guidelines to maintain the highest standards of privacy and security.

The Qualifications We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent; call center experience is a plus.
  • 1+ year of call center experience or 2+ years of general work experience, with a background in outbound sales or customer service being highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in both English and Spanish, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment, using scripts and auto-dialer systems.
  • Strong computer skills, with the ability to multitask and use multiple systems simultaneously.
  • A commitment to adhering to a fixed daily schedule and maintaining a professional, quiet workspace at home.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a high-volume outbound call center environment.
  • Familiarity with healthcare or insurance industries.
  • Experience working with auto-dialer systems and CRM software.
