Job Summary: Bilingual Remote Mental Health Clinician

We're seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Bilingual Remote Mental Health Clinician to join our dynamic team. As a bilingual (English/Spanish) clinician, you'll play a vital role in delivering therapeutic counseling services via telehealth to our pediatric and adolescent population. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing and implementing treatment plans, conducting psychosocial evaluations, and maintaining accurate electronic health records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individual, family, parent, or group therapy sessions via telehealth to Backpack's pediatric and adolescent population
  • Develop and review treatment plans, psychosocial evaluations, and daily notes in electronic health records
  • Participate in weekly case-consultation groups and meetings to ensure comprehensive care
  • Utilize your expertise to tailor therapy sessions to meet the unique needs of each client
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with our diverse team to ensure seamless care coordination

Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must meet the following essential qualifications:

  • Fluent in Spanish (English/Spanish bilingual)
  • Hold a relevant licensure (LMSW, LCSW, LGPC, or LCPC)
  • Active Maryland license
  • Commitment to completing your residency program
  • Adherence to weekly supervision requirements
  • Interest in providing a minimum of 25-30 sessions per week
  • Energetic and ambitious attitude
  • Access to high-speed internet
  • Excellent organization and time-management skills
  • Proficient computer skills

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Experience working with pediatric and adolescent populations
  • Knowledge of evidence-based practices in mental health treatment
  • Previous experience in telehealth or online therapy
