Your Role: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
As a BCBA at Soar Autism Center, you'll play a critical role in planning, overseeing, delivering, and adapting naturalistic therapy for young children ages 2-6 years old in a center-based setting. You'll be an integral part of our interdisciplinary care team, working closely with speech therapists, occupational therapists, and mental health professionals to ensure that our clients receive comprehensive and coordinated care.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct multidisciplinary assessments and create treatment plans in coordination with other clinical specialties
 - Design and implement services based on the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM), a play-based form of therapy
 - Monitor client progress, update treatment plans and goals, and communicate needed changes to team members and families
 - Partner with client families to develop goals, build relationships, communicate progress, and coach and support them in their journey
 - Collaborate with other professionals, including speech therapists, occupational therapists, and mental health professionals, to ensure comprehensive care
 
What We Look for in a Candidate
We're seeking a highly skilled and compassionate BCBA who shares our passion for delivering exceptional autism care. To be considered, you'll need:
- A minimum of a master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field
 - Current BCBA certification
 - Experience in ABA early intervention
 - Preferred candidates will have a background in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, or a related field

 - Clear professional communication, both verbally and in writing
 - Fluency in navigating devices such as computers and tablets

 - Experience with the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM)
 - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 - Ability to work collaboratively with other professionals and families
