Key Responsibilities
As our ideal Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for driving business growth, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and representing our company at conferences and in-person meetings. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Representing the company at conferences, events, and in-person meetings with potential clients to showcase our services and build brand awareness.
- Building and maintaining long-term client relationships, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Delivering tailored solutions that address client needs and exceed their expectations.
- Conducting competitor analysis and developing competitive strategies to strengthen our market positioning and stay ahead of the competition.
- Crafting a compelling outreach strategy based on our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and Buyer Personas (BPs) to drive lead generation and conversion.
- Managing objections and turning challenges into opportunities, leveraging your expertise in handling rejections and negotiations effectively.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a unique blend of skills, experience, and personal qualities. Our ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 3+ years of sales experience in IT companies, with a proven track record of driving growth and achieving sales targets.
- 1+ year of experience in offline sales, including events and conferences, with a strong understanding of how to leverage these opportunities to build relationships and drive sales.
- Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders.
- A strong track record of leading negotiations and presentations with C-level executives, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and solutions in a clear and compelling manner.
- Deep industry knowledge of technology and services, with a keen understanding of the latest trends and developments.
- A proven ability to close deals valued at $100,000+, with an annual sales volume of $400,000+, demonstrating your ability to drive significant revenue growth.
- A sharp ability to quickly research, analyze, and process information, with a strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Expertise in handling objections and navigating rejections effectively, with a resilient and adaptable approach to sales and business development.
- A growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning and professional development, staying ahead of the curve in the ever-evolving IT industry.
Preferred Qualifications

- Experience selling design services, with a strong understanding of how to articulate the value proposition and drive sales.
