We're excited to announce an opening for a Part-Time Remote Call Center Representative to join our team! As a Call Center Representative, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, collecting and recording data, and contributing to our mission of reducing America's energy usage. Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver scripted multiple-choice questions over the telephone and accurately record responses using a computer-aided telephone interviewing (CATI) system.
  • Positively engage with members of the public, remaining neutral and unbiased during phone interviews.
  • Build skills by learning from colleagues and your Team Lead, who will support your progress and project goals.
  • Work a minimum of 20 hours per week, with the flexibility to schedule up to 36 hours, across 1 weekend day and at least 3 weekdays.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, courtesy, and cooperation in your interactions with customers.

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Ability to sit for long periods of time.
  • Basic computer skills, including keyboard skills and accurate data entry.
  • Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
  • Clear telephone speaking voice and ability to read accurately from a script.
  • Internet access with minimum speeds of 25 MB Download.
  • Personal computer with Windows 10 or higher, at least 8 GB of RAM, and current anti-malware and anti-virus software installed.
  • Square view external Computer Monitor, USB Headset, and a quiet, private room or closed-door space for a confidential environment.

Preferred Skills and Experience

While not required, the following skills and experience can give you a competitive edge:

  • 6 months of previous call center, customer service, or collections experience.
  • Previous experience collecting and recording data from the public.
  • Customer support, telemarketing, or computer skills experience.
  • Bilingual language skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and data entry.
