About the Role
As a Central Ops Support Executive, you will play a critical role in monitoring the efficient functioning of assigned sellers via outbound calls, emails, and ensuring their readiness for launch. You will be the liaison between field executives, sellers, and various internal and external agencies, facilitating efficient and timely execution of operations. Your expertise will be instrumental in training and directing sellers for execution and adherence to norms and practices, as well as devising and deploying Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that enhance the seller experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Remotely monitor the efficient functioning of assigned sellers via outbound calls, emails, and ensure readiness for launch.
 - Liaise between field executives/sellers and various internal and external agencies for efficient and timely execution of operations.
 - Train and direct sellers for execution and adherence to norms and practices.
 - Devising and deploying SOPs, analyzing data, and proposing features and processes that focus on improving the seller experience.
 - Trigger on-field support to sellers and audits, manage stakeholders within and outside Amazon, roll out new processes, and run central control centers.
 
Essential Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative/technical field such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Statistics.
 - Experience with Excel, demonstrating your ability to work with data and perform analysis.
 
Preferred Qualifications
While not mandatory, having experience with SQL will give you a competitive edge. Your ability to query databases and analyze data will be a valuable asset in this role.
