Now, we're looking for a skilled and dedicated Central Services Agent to join our Home Operations crew on a part-time contract basis.
About the Role
As a Central Services Agent, you'll be the primary point of contact for our Owners across various regions, providing top-notch support and services throughout their ownership journey. You'll work closely with our in-market Home Managers to ensure seamless delivery of our service promise, guaranteeing that our homes are consistently clean and well-maintained for every stay. Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a high level of customer service while assisting Owners with a variety of requests, including reservations, inbound calls/texts, problem resolution, work order management, and proactive communications.
- Support our in-market Home Managers with handling on-demand requests from Owners and proactive owner communication, covering overnight shifts.
- Serve as the primary Point-of-Contact for Homeowners across all our regions, including Pacific North and Southwest, East, and Mountain.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of every Pacaso home in our portfolio to handle minor troubleshooting and emergencies.
- Achieve and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive success.
- Work a scheduled 26 hours per week, with a set shift that includes Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday.

- Flexibility with your schedule to ensure support for our Owners as the team grows, including weekends, nights, and some holidays.

Compensation and Benefits
We're offering a competitive hourly rate of $27-$30 per hour, depending on experience. While this is a contract role, you'll still enjoy:
