About the Role
We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Client Experience Associate to join our team in South Carolina. As a Client Experience Associate, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing top-notch customer service, handling inbound calls, capturing leads, taking orders, and scheduling appointments. Key Responsibilities
- Take customer calls, capture incoming leads, take orders, and schedule appointments in a fast-paced environment.
 - Forward messages to our clients in a timely and efficient manner.
 - Work from your computer for the duration of your shift, ensuring a stable internet connection and meeting our system requirements.
 - Regularly work 40 hours per week, with a minimum of 8 hours on Fridays, Saturdays, and Mondays.
 - Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
