About the Role

As a Client Service Excellence Representative, you'll be the face of Vanguard, connecting with our Personal Investor clients via inbound phone calls to address their account-related inquiries, provide expert guidance, and cultivate an exceptional client experience. You'll be responsible for responding to a wide range of inquiries, from financial guidance to supporting clients through their retirement journey. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound phone calls from Personal Investor clients, addressing their account-related inquiries and providing expert guidance.
  • Maintain strong performance metrics, ensuring timely and accurate solutions to client needs.
  • Increase functional expertise through direct upskilling and training programs, staying up-to-date on industry developments and best practices.
  • Lead with compassion and a problem-solving mentality, uncovering client needs and providing personalized support.
  • Cultivate an exceptional client experience, building trust and loyalty with our clients.

What it Takes

We're not looking for a financial expert; we're looking for someone with a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences. If you have:

  • 3+ years of customer-facing and/or inbound phone experience, with a proven track record of strong interpersonal and client relationship management (CRM) skills.
  • A desire for stability and longevity in a role, with a focus on building a career in client service.
  • A learner's attitude and an appetite to continuously build your financial knowledge.
  • A high school, associate degree, or bachelor's degree.
  • The ability to obtain the required Series 7 and 63 regulatory licenses and/or registrations (e.g., FINRA, state, SFC).

What You Can Expect

As a Client Service Excellence Representative, you can expect a competitive salary and benefits package, including:

  • A total potential compensation range of $56,000 - $63,000 ($48,750 -$55,000 base salary determined by skills and experience, plus quarterly performance-based bonuses, merit increases, and company bonuses) upon achieving performance standards.
  • Up to a $12,500 bonus within the first few months of hire upon obtaining the required licensing.
  • A comprehensive benefits package centered around financial and career stability, longevity, and balance.
