Job Overview

As a Commercial Sales Associate at Lowe's, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a safe and organized store environment. Essential Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • 6 months of practical experience using computers, including skills such as inputting, retrieving, editing, and presenting data.
  • 6 months of experience working with smartphones and tablets commonly used in the retail industry.
  • Ability to secure licensure or registration related to sales, as required by law.
  • Physical ability to perform duties that require continuous sitting, standing, and other physical activities.
  • Ability to lift at least 10 pounds unaided and may lift more than 10 pounds with or without help in stores with Greeter departments.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 25 pounds of weight unassisted and the ability to lift more than 25 pounds with or without help in all other departments.

Preferred Qualifications:

While not essential, the following preferred qualifications will give you a competitive edge in this role:

  • 6 months of sales experience, with a proven track record of assessing customer needs and proposing tailored solutions.
  • 6 months of experience in retail service and customer care, with a focus on resolving customer difficulties, guiding customers to products, and establishing positive relationships.
  • Bilingual skills, particularly in languages commonly spoken in the store's local community.
  • Certification in trade-related departments, such as electrical or lawn and garden, to increase employability and earning potential.
