Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Compliance Analyst to join our team of client service professionals. As a Compliance Analyst, you will be responsible for reviewing and assessing loan documents, including Loan Estimates and Closing Disclosures, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. You will work closely with our team of Auditing Professionals to provide leading risk mitigation services to our clients. This is a remote position, offering you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and assess Loan Estimates and Closing Disclosures for compliance with regulatory requirements
- Run Compliance Ease auditing system to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Verify TIL (Truth-in-Lending) and HUD-1 (Settlement Statement) for allowable fees and compliance
- Understand and review ECOA (Equal Credit Opportunity Act) requirements for compliance
- Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Collaborate with the team to meet client expectations and deliver high-quality services
- Maintain regular attendance and punctuality, with a strong work ethic and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
Essential and Preferred Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A strong understanding of New TRID (TILA-RESPA Integrated Disclosure) requirements
- Experience with Loan Estimate and Closing Disclosure review and analysis
- Knowledge of TIL, FNMA 5%, High Cost Testing, and HUD-1 Fees for NPL (Non-Performing Loans)
- In-depth knowledge of standard document verification practices and procedures
- Strong PC and technical skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Goal-driven and team-oriented, with excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Processing experience is a plus, with a strong ability to manage large caseloads with tight deadlines

Schedule and Education
This is a full-time position, with a schedule of Monday to Friday. We require a high school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in data entry and 4 years of experience in Mortgage Quality Assurance.
