Job Overview and Responsibilities
As a Contact Center Ride Success Agent, you will play a vital role in our 24/7 contact center, handling inbound and outbound calls for passengers, transportation providers, and clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Scheduling transportation needs for passengers and clients in a timely and efficient manner
 - Providing assistance to transportation providers via phone and resolving any issues that may arise
 - Making outbound calls to passengers, client contacts, and attending facilities to ensure seamless communication and coordination
 - Monitoring and responding to chats in a professional and courteous manner
 - Utilizing our proprietary platform, third-party transportation software like Uber and Lyft, and business technology like Five9, Salesforce, and Zendesk to successfully complete trip requests

As a full-time Contact Center Ride Success Agent, you may be required to work weekend and evening hours, depending on the shift. Requirements and Qualifications

- High School Diploma or equivalent
