Job Description and Duties

As our ideal Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving the month-end and quarter-end close process with accuracy and precision. You will work closely with our elite team to develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures that ensure accurate financial statements and proper record-keeping. Your duties will include:

• Managing bank accounts in multiple currencies (US and EUR) and adhering to transfer pricing policies
• Preparing and maintaining monthly cash flow forecasts to effectively manage cash balances
• Managing and leading audit, banking, and tax relationships, as well as driving annual audit and tax processes with advisors
• Overseeing payroll and benefits globally
• Managing financial systems and ensuring that they are up-to-date and efficient

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• 10+ years of experience in finance, with a mix of public and private sector experience
• A CPA certification, or equivalent, is preferred
• Experience in the SaaS or software industry, with a strong understanding of revenue recognition and related issues
• International experience, with a focus on US Dollar and EURO FX work
• Experience with transfer pricing, consolidations, FX, and other related areas
