Job Overview and Responsibilities

As a Controls Field Service Engineer, you will play a critical role in our Field Services Team, working collaboratively with customers and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality service and support. Your primary responsibility will be to perform installation and maintenance activities on turbomachinery equipment at customer sites, ensuring that all work is carried out safely and efficiently. You will be the primary contact for customers, coordinating activities and providing technical expertise to resolve issues and improve equipment performance.

• Performing autonomous installation and maintenance activities on turbomachinery equipment at customer sites
• Conducting minor and major maintenance of equipment, following established quality checklists and procedures
• Coordinating with customers and internal stakeholders to plan and execute work activities
• Providing technical expertise and support to customers, including troubleshooting and resolving equipment issues
• Maintaining accurate records of work activities and providing reports to supervisors and customers
• Working safely and efficiently, following all applicable processes and procedures
• Collaborating with internal teams to share knowledge and best practices, and to identify opportunities for improvement

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong technical background and experience in controls maintenance procedures for turbomachinery. You should have a two-year technical degree or equivalent experience, and industry-recognized training in turbomachinery product services. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
