About the Role: Corporate Communications and Reputation Senior Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Communications and Reputation Senior Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Corporate Communications department, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing our brand's reputation through strategic research, analysis, and insights. Your expertise in public relations, market research, and corporate communications will be instrumental in informing our business decisions, driving competitive advantage, and fostering a positive brand image.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive research projects utilizing various quantitative and qualitative methodologies to gather data on Verizon's brand perceptions, reputation, and competitor analysis.
  • Analyze and interpret complex data sets, using data visualization techniques to uncover meaningful insights and trends that inform strategic decision-making.
  • Develop actionable recommendations for PR campaigns, messaging, brand strategy, and stakeholder engagement initiatives, translating research findings into strategic insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure research insights are effectively integrated into the overall brand reputation strategy, conducting workshops and brainstorming sessions as needed.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong educational foundation, combined with relevant work experience in market research, communications, public relations, or a related field. A Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience is required, with six or more years of relevant experience preferred. You should have a proven track record of conducting custom qualitative and quantitative market research, with experience in analyzing complex data sets and developing actionable insights.

  • A degree in Market Research, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field, with a strong academic record and relevant coursework.
  • Experience working with social listening tools, platforms, and analytics, with a strong understanding of crisis communication and reputation management principles.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
